Privacy

The short version of how JOCO handles your information. The full Privacy Policy is the legal document; this page is the plain-English summary.

What we collect

What you give us when you order or write to us: name, email, phone, addresses and order details. Payment is handled by Shopify and our payment processors; we never see your full card number. Like most sites, we also use cookies to understand how the site is used.

What we use it for

To make and ship your order, handle exchanges and returns, answer your questions, and, if you sign up, send you news about new pairs and events. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Who we share it with

The services that help us run the store, such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers and our email platform, and advertising partners for marketing. Under some US state laws, sharing data with advertising partners counts as a “sale” or “sharing”, and you can opt out of it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and opt out of targeted advertising. Email info@wearjoco.com and we'll take care of it.
