Refund policy

We want you to love your JOCO. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

A tip: try your pair on a carpeted or soft surface first. Returns showing wear or scuffing can't be accepted.

Exchanges

Wrong size or color? Email us at info@joshicollective.com with your order number and what you'd like instead.

We'll ship your new pair and include a prepaid label to send the original back — no need to place a second order. 

How to Start a Return

Email info@joshicollective.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review and send you return instructions.

Please wait for approval before shipping anything back — unapproved returns can't be accepted.

Return shipping is on us within the contiguous U.S.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know it's approved and issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven't seen your refund, email us at info@joshicollective.com and we'll chase it down.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away at info@joshicollective.com. We'll make it right, on us.

Exceptions

We can't accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or promotional items

European Union Customers

If your order shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your item for any reason. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
