The short version of how buying from JOCO works. The full Terms of Service is the legal document; this page is the plain-English summary.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may cancel or limit an order, for example if a price or stock level was listed in error, and we'll tell you if we do.

Handmade leather

Every JOCO pair is made by hand in Lucca, Italy, from natural leather, suede or hair-on calfskin. Small variations in grain, color, nap and finish are part of the material and the handwork, not defects. No two pairs are exactly alike.

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges are complimentary within 30 days of delivery, and returns are free within the contiguous US. Shoes must be unworn and in their original box. Sale items are final. Details in our Refund Policy.

Shipping and duties

US orders ship within 3 business days. International orders may owe import duties and taxes, which are paid by the buyer. Details in our Shipping Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States.
